1. Red alcohol-free punch

Apples

Ingredients

  • Crushed ice.
  • 2 red apples (60 g).
  • 400 grams of red fruits.
  • 1 liter of apple juice.
  • 3 glasses of sparkling water (60 mL).
  • 1 liter of lime, lemon or lemonade juice.
  • 2 glasses of strawberry or grenadine syrup (400 mL).

Elaboration

  1. Fill a third of a large pitcher with crushed ice.
  2. Clean and cut all the fruits.
  3. Add the apple juice, lemonade, sparkling water, syrup, and fruit.
  4. Mix well and rectify the sweet.

Ingredients

  • Soda to taste.
  • 1 cup of sugar (150 g).

  • 1 liter of pineapple juice.
  • 2 liters of orange juice.

Elaboration

  1. Squeeze the lemons.

  • 3 cups of milk (600 mL).
  • 4 yolks and 2 egg whites.
  • 1 strip of orange peel.
  • 1 strip of lemon peel.
  • ½ cup plus two tablespoons of sugar (250 g).

Elaboration

  1. Cook two cups of milk, vanilla and the two lemon and orange peels over medium heat.
  2. Beat the egg yolks and add the half cup of sugar.
  3. While beating the eggs and sugar, pour in the hot milk little by little.
  4. Bring this mixture back to the heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and add the missing cup of milk. Reservation

Ingredients

  • ½ liter of milk (500 mL).
  • ½ can of condensed milk (150 mL).
  • 1 cup of peeled walnuts (150 g).
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (2 g).
  • ½ cup of evaporated milk (100 mL).
