  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds.
  • 1 pinch of salt.
  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds.
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil.

For the hummus:

  • ½ cup of chickpeas.
  • ½ clove of garlic.
  • 1 tablespoon of tahini (toasted and crushed sesame).
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Sweet paprika, cumin, salt.

Preparation method:

  • Repeat the directions for the zucchini from the previous recipe.
  • The hummus is prepared from the night before, because the chickpeas must be soaked. The next day, they are boiled until soft.
  • Then they are crushed together with the other ingredients and a little of the cooking liquid, until you have a paste.
  • Fill the zucchini with a tablespoon of hummus, sprinkle with the sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.

Precise:

  • 2 zucchini.
  • 200 grams of cheese.
  • ¼ cup of evaporated milk.
  • Amount to taste of honey.
  • Amount to taste of olive oil.
  • 1 tomato.
  • 1 pinch of salt.
  • A little vinegar

How do you prepare?

  • Repeat the directions in the first recipe to get the zucchini ready.
  • Mix the cheese and evaporated milk.
  • Spread the zucchini and roll them up.
