  • 1 cup of hot water (110 ml)
  • 1 cube of chicken consommé (40 g)
  • 6 skinless chicken breasts (700 g)
  • 6 raw lasagna sheets (500 g)
  • 2 1/2 cups of cream cheese (250 g)
  • 2 cups of mozzarella cheese (200 g)
  • 3 cups of tomato sauce for pasta (360 ml)

Preparation

  • The first thing to do is boil salted water in a large pot.
  • Then, you will cook the lasagna for between 8 and 10 minutes. Once the previous step is finished, drain a little and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
  • Meanwhile, place the chicken breasts in another pot and cover with water. Then, you will only have to let it boil for approximately 20 minutes or until it is completely cooked.
  • Remember to remove from the pot and then begin to crumble very well. Do not rush and take your time.
  • Then, go to the oven and preheat to 180 ºC. You will let it heat while the other steps are carried out.
  • Put the chicken bouillon cube in hot water. Next, place the crumbled breasts with the dissolved broth, cream cheese and a cup of mozzarella cheese and stir very well.
  • Now, you should pour the tomato sauce into a tray that can fill the entire chicken lasagna. Cover the surface as best you can.
