Ingredients
- Crushed ice.
- 2 red apples (60 g).

- 1 liter of lime, lemon or lemonade juice.
- 2 glasses of strawberry or grenadine syrup (400 mL).
Elaboration

- 1 cup of sugar (150 g).

Ingredients
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 measure of vanilla.

- 4 yolks and 2 egg whites.
- 1 strip of orange peel.
- 1 strip of lemon peel.
- ½ cup plus two tablespoons of sugar (250 g).
Elaboration
- Cook two cups of milk, vanilla and the two lemon and orange peels over medium heat.
- Beat the egg yolks and add the half cup of sugar.
- While beating the eggs and sugar, pour in the hot milk little by little.
- Bring this mixture back to the heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and add the missing cup of milk. Reservation
- In another bowl cool the mixture to room temperature
- The egg whites and two tablespoons of sugar are cooked in a double boiler, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
- The whites and sugar are beaten until stiff and added to the previously reserved mixture.

- If you want to add alcohol to the recipe, just add 2/3 of a cup of white rum and 2 tablespoons of whiskey at the time of joining the whites in snow and the milk mixture.

Ingredients
- ½ liter of milk (500 mL).
- ½ can of condensed milk (150 mL).
- 1 cup of peeled walnuts (150 g).
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (2 g).
